  1. A great password management tool

I moved from 1Password to Bitwarden about half a year ago. I never looked back, and I've never missed anything. The UI might be a touch clunkier than 1Password, but it's still good and perfectly usable on the whole. What is more, it is open-source and people can inspect its code.

  • Online Safety: A Guide to Protecting Yourself
While not every site has adopted passwordless logins, a better way to secure your accounts that still use passwords is by using a password manager like Bitwarden or 1Password. They help you create strong, unique passwords and remember them easily. Most password managers come with autofill features that make it easy to use across devices. - Source: dev.to / 6 days ago

  • Amazon Account with unauthorised purchases, did my google passwords get leaked
First it's good to use a password manager, however it's not a good idea to use the one built into your browser. I would suggest switching to BitWarden or similar (not LastPass). Source: 6 months ago
  • Did I mess up?
I just noticed today when relogging in on Bitwarden (I couldn't sync my vault) that it said "Logged in as [email] on __$2__" instead of "Logged in as [email] on bitwarden.com". I don't know why or how that happened, and I have no idea what it means. Did I screw up somehow? Just to be clear, I did login and just after I logged in my brain realized that it said "__$2__" instead of what it should say. Source: 6 months ago

  • Have a question about Swagbucks? Take some help, Leave some help
Anyone else having problems doing a simple password reset on swagbucks.com ? Should be dirt simple right? At the swagbucks.com login portal, put in your email address or swagbucks ID, then hit forgot your password. I do get password reset emails after a few hours, but the password reset link in them just takes me to the main swagbucks login page, not a password reset page, not a security or account confirmation...
