I believe there are some web hosting sites that let you pay in crypto currency. I haven't done the research though to check if they make you send in identifying identification before using it though. I tried Poloniex, which again took too much fees for sending away coins, also their option to sell-to-fiat, was eventully a coin-send to Simplex which costed me 25€ in Bitcoins, plus additional 5€ for withdrawing my Fiat via SEPA. Source: about 3 years ago
