I believe there are some web hosting sites that let you pay in crypto currency. I haven't done the research though to check if they make you send in identifying identification before using it though. Side note: There are free online fax services. The document is uploaded from your computer and faxed to the appropriate number. Scan the docs (if not already on the computer) with your phone.
