  I also believe there may be 'other' 3rd party application or Tip options out there, but this is one I put on mine. It's done via the bio.link portion of your profile. In my opinion, it doesn't necessarily show you have a Tip Jar. But I think that could be countered by putting it in your profile description &/or by creating a 'Pinned' Tweet.   Just tried it and https://short.io only allows domains that end with specific TLDs (ICANN's list). So while nothing in Handshake is blocking the service, the service needs to loosen up the restrictions to be able to link handshake names. Source: almost 2 years ago
