FacilMap might be a bit more popular than Bing Maps. We know about 2 links to it since March 2021 and only 2 links to Bing Maps. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
It seems the feature is a bit more hidden than it used to be, but try going to https://bing.com/maps on a desktop browser (not mobile), and right-clicking somewhere on the map. You will hopefully see the "View bird's eye" option. (If you can't see the option for your location, test with London first - it's definitely available there). Source: about 2 years ago

You could try something like Google My Maps or a FacilMap (a similar tool that's based on OpenStreetMap). Both should be easy enough to set up on tablets, and can be collaboratively edited. Source: over 2 years ago
