bhyve VS XCP-ng

Whatever you're most comfortable with. There's proxmox (Debian Linux), xcp-ng (Xenserver), vmware esxi, Hyper-V (Windows), harvester (SUSE Linux), or even just plain ol linux with cockpit (Linux) installed for easy management.
