My idea however was that you don't even need a landing page and all the site does is containing your add and an email submission form and then you'll take it from there, discord, zoom meetings or whatever works for the people that have signed up. You can't start a successful startup in Israel if you're a Palestinian. If I purchase a pre-IPO stock in the secondary market or via crowdfunding sites like ourcrowd.com, then do I need to pay tax on any capital gains that the stock might have in subsequent funding rounds. So for example, if I purchase pre-IPO stock at $1 in Series B and in Series C, it is valuated at $2, does that become a tax event as a capital gain even though I have not sold the...
