We send out a transactional newsletter as part of https://sendcheckit.com - but it's a custom-coded application that makes it all happen. If you're not in a spot to do that, I'd recommend looking into trying to make something happen with Sheets, Zapier and Bento - https://bentonow.com/ - I know that they at least have the capability of doing this but I'm not sure how much wiring up you'd need to do for everything. I've tried tawk.to and created separate agent profiles for each dealer but I cannot find how to restrict access only to their listings so not everyone can join the others live chat as it happens atm. Has anyone tried something like this before to guide me ? Any suggestions? Source: 11 months ago

I'm currently using tawk.to to chat with my visitors, but I would rather use whatsapp as a chat mechanism. There are a lot of plugins for that, but I'm not sure which one would suit me best.
