I use Behat (beha[vioral]t[est]) to run these, and it does so by opening a headless Chrome / Firefox and does the actual clicking through the real live website. Alternatively no-code platforms are growing fast. There are some that are incredibly robust and allow you to build and iterate quickly on an idea. If you're looking for mobile, I'd recommend AppGyver, it's built with React Native behind the scenes and works really well for most app cases.
