  I did a quick google search and found befunky.com - never used them before so I'm not endorsing them or anything. But if you use their photo editor, go into the effects tab and then go to cinematic, the first option under cinematic is 'film grain'. Thats what you are looking for. Source: almost 2 years ago

  No problem, we are all here to support each other and I sincerely liked your work. I actually use online editing websites such as befunky.com because it's more practical and requires less technical work but if you're serious, you can learn some tricks on Adobe Photoshop which would be the more professional approach. I masked the images and then matched the shadows and highlights, and then the color, tho am bad in matching colors, and giving the right highlights but im trying to get better.
