    First thing: I'd say to make sure you know your measurements and compare with anywhere you shop online, esp for dresses bc dress sizing gets so warped! I know of a few that might work for you :) First, cheaper options: cider carries a lot of cute & trendy dresses, they run really small tend to cater toward ppl with smaller busts. Some stuff is a bit too over the top for me, but I've also gotten some really great items there. They have a great return policy, and it's pretty easy to find 20% off discount codes :).
