Which is completely incorrect. There are loads of websites out there with repositories of subtitle files (the format for these include srt and ass), including normal and forced subtitles. OP is looking for a place to get those, not a description of how you prefer to rip and burn yours. Here's a site with a list of them. The client I’m working for currently turned me on to https://trint.com/. It’s a transcription service that syncs the searchable transcript to the time code of the clip. Script has bad timecode for a cut? Search the text to jump to the correct time. Bad inflection on the end of a sound bite?
