Sometimes a server just doesn't show up in the server list. You can try finding the server in just-wiped.net or battlemetrics.com there is a connect button in these websites that connects you to the server through your steam account. I'm East Coast NA, and can only find 200+ ping EU servers. I've tried filtering by ping and my location but no luck. Looking up server IPs through gametracker.com is my only workaround ATM. Anyone else have this problem and no how to fix it? Source: about 1 year ago

After launching cs today about 3/4 of my favourited servers were gone. And even though it's friday the remaining ones were mostly empty. I then tried to find a few new ones via gametracker.com. Usually there are a lot of servers listed, even after applying filters. Source: about 1 year ago
