Basicana's answer
Basicana makes it super simple to perform skill assessments and we do everything hard as part of building the product. e.g. We maintain question banks with 100+ questions per skill (on the average). We also add question banks upon request of our customers. so, they don't have to.
Basicana's answer
We believe a customer will be productive very fast with our product compared to the alternatives. We also have in-built question banks with 100+ questions per skill. So, our customer would find it easy to get started with creating their first assessment and start testing candidates in no time.
Basicana's answer
Our customers are those who get lots of resumes including IT companies and any skill oriented businesses. We've a module based approach to question banks for any skill. so, we're happy to add question banks for any other skills a customer needs, it doesn't have to be IT skills only.
Basicana's answer
As a 10+ years of start up founder, I've always struggled to build a great, A Team. Basicana works to address that by helping founders build an A Team in budget. There are always skilled people available in the job market and the current tools aren't fair to them. They're biased in one way or another. So, I felt the need of creating a tool that is simple, easy-to-use and does the job right.
Basicana's answer
We've used node.js, Supabase etc. which are latest technologies to build the first product.
Basicana's answer
Our customers are mid size companies in the 100-1000 employee range. One customer is a recently IPOed company named Tridhya Tech. Other two are private companies around 100 people each. We're adding new businesses as customers too.

Core coding and IT skills are a must though. Pick a language you followed and liked at Uni, check there is decent job demand for it, and do a udemy.com course on it (great value, great content, very cheap). Pair this with a major cloud (Azure or AWS) qualification which is pretty much a must these days, and you're much more attractive as an applicant. Source: 11 months ago
Prompting is so new I don't think a degree is offered yet, but Microsoft has some accredited classes (FREE) - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/ and you can get a certificate on AI and chatGPT from https://udemy.com , I got a few from them :). Source: 11 months ago

If you're prepared to do self-study, take a look at the udemy.com learning site. I paid somewhere in the region of £15 (they retail for around £60-70 in general but always come on sale at some point) for a number of courses (incl. languages). The courses are rated by students and I haven't yet been let down. Source: 12 months ago
