   Straightforward

   I used Fiverr Business to hire an animation artist for employee avatars and was really satisfied both with the turn around time and the feedback taken into consideration. Fiverr Business allows me to save gigs so my coworkers can see which freelancers we should work with again. We will be using this internally.

   🏁 Competitors: Upwork

   👍 Pros:    Easy to use|Quick response time|Free to sign up|Great for collaboration

   👎 Cons:    If you don't respond within 2 days project is automatically approved|Needed to supply very in depth brief for the freelancer to get it exactly how i wanted

• Why do articles keep saying we need one or more sluggers, don’t we need consistent contact bats? Like several .300 hitters?

  Per mlb.com, he average position player had a slash line of .248/.320/.414 So if we can find a guy that gets on base 1/3 of the time, he's above average and our sluggers can do more damage. Incidentally, Urias' career OBP is .333 and Rojas' is .329, both above average OBP guys. Source: 6 months ago

  If you were wondering- that adds up to mlb.com (easist to look up) having this team having 6 top 50 prospects (1 holliday, 14 cowser, 24 kjerstad, 27 mayo, 46 basallo, 50 ortiz.... And at least another 5 with good cases to be top 100- Norby, beavers, povich, mcdermott, bradfield). That is the top of a system that already spat out Gunnar, Grayson, Cano, bautista and Adley in the last 2 years, and some control left... Source: 6 months ago
