  Diet - Identify your food triggers and adjust accordingly. Thanks to the app Migraine Buddy, I was able to identify a few foods that were contributing to my migraines. I now limit chocolate, coffee, and greasy/processed foods. The Mediterranean diet is my friend. No milk or dairy-based yogurt / ice cream (oat milk and cashew yogurt taste better anyway).
