I'd start here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/storage/ and mainly look at either FILE (for ease of use, though probably not great if you want to host the share to your community), or BLOB - if you're semi-comfortable with cloud computing and might want to setup a static website or something hosting this content. There are a few SSG that come with a (local, ie. Run it locally) CMS. A better option, imo, is to choose any SSG you like, written in a language you know and add Spinal as the CMS. Makes editing content as simple as WordPress. If you need more customisation next to content it's not a good fit though. Source: about 1 year ago
