Ayoa is like a combination of Slack, Miro and Trello in a single app. I love to work visually and with the mind mapping, combined with very visual task management (especially the canvas view), it is a nice way to work for me and the team. I can't wait for the new whiteboard view that Ayoa is releasing soon.....
I'm using Ayoa at work. After using Ayoa, it became possible to share the work of team members in real time. As a result, unnecessary or repetitive communication has been reduced. And Ayoa includes most of the functions needed for collaboration, such as Project Management, Gantt chart, Calendar, Mindmap, Brainstorm and Video Meeting. You can do most of the work within Ayoa without the need for multiple applications. Above all, Ayoa is able to share parts with the entire, playing a guiding role in achieving the team's goals.
AYOA is the evolution of iMindMap and now it is so much more. I am amazed by what this app can do! We can still do mindmaps, and we can have task management and project management! We can collaborate with colleagues and with our team members! And it all is perfectly integrated! And I know what's coming: videoconference and whiteboard! Then AYOA will be not only super but unbeatable! I manage many aspects of my business on AYOA and I recommend you give it a try!

Thanks for writing this. I have added and removed about 4 million lines of code: https://github.com/wekan/wekan/graphs/contributors You are not dumb. It is normal to feel frustrated, when figuring out, step by step, how something works, and what to do. It is like labyrinth. Hi Wekan, looks cool but IHMO suffers from confusing documentation and onramp. It took me multiple attempts, days apart, after initially stumbling upon this comment to get a better sense of it. The project homepage (https://wekan.github.io/) stresses the different installers but at that point I didn't know if I want to install it or not. Clicking on the Features link (https://wekan.github.io/#features) just takes... - Source: Hacker News / 10 months ago
When I was evaluating open source Kanban recently I found WeKan had the closest REST API compatibility with Trello: https://wekan.github.io. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago

Deck is very minimal and not really suited for anything beyond simple, personal stuff, in my opinion. As far as self-hosted, my favorite is still Kanboard, which has a lot of plugins and themes to choose from. Leantime is good too and a bit different. I also like Vikunja and Wekan.
