Ayanza's answer

We have built another great company together and, after the exit, wondered - what would make our company more successful? Better team management. How to get better at it? How to share more knowledge with the team? How to better listen to other people's opinions and ideas? How to navigate changes faster in uncertain times? So we invested our own money and started Ayanza to find out how to build better teams.
