Yes, I understand what is happening. The "issue" is that the email appears to have been written more for IT Glue people -- and then someone edited the top portion a bit to be more Datto-specific without really cleaning up the rest of the email (or the sender/from itself). As I said, if you see my Edit, I actually got a new email a few hours later -- that is actually from a datto.com email address and more... Source: over 1 year ago

I took advantage of M365's message rules, and set up a rule that all emails from @ datto.com gets forwarded to their support email address.
