Thank you for the feedback! These are all valid points. I just created a privacy policy (through avodocs.com) and linked in the footer. I also linked my Twitter profile where I use my real name. Privacy Policy, End User License Agreement, and Terms & Conditions is what you are looking for. I used https://termly.io to create mine.
