Some people hate the idea of trackers, and MD has quite a few, because the base version is free. If it were me, I'd install Automagic (free now from automagic4android.com) and use the overlay feature available in the "Control UI" action, and see if those things are something that can perform functions. You might be able to figure out what app it's from by that.
