Your local bank likely offers them and they can eb tied to authorize.net, or NMI perhaps. They should be able to help you through that entire process depending on how the accounts get onboarded. They also have pronunciation, phrases etc. I checked a few translations and pronunciations in some languages I know, they seem accurate and manual.
