I would recommend for those who are interested in some kind of solution to keep you safe, to check out either the browser extension called Pocket Universe (https://pocketuniverse.app ) which is a secondary plugin that works to make it more user friendly and very clearly defined what exactly you are authorizing and what can be done when you are connecting your wallet to a site or signing something. • I have $2000 to spend on Alts, what is your top 2 coins for up and coming projects?
I would look at the Aurox trading terminal and their token URUS. Even if you don't buy the token, you can still use their trading terminal which is how I track all of my crypto holdings (the token gives extra utility in the terminal + future lending/trading functionality). One may also want to merely deduplicate data on a file based level instead using e.g. rmlint, jdupesAUR or dduper-gitAUR. For an... - Source: Hacker News / 12 months ago
  • Best way to find duplicates?
Rdfind is very good. It lets you do a variety of things when you find a duplicate: symlink to it, delete it etc. It's efficient in the way it looks for duplicates. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • How can I list all of the non-overlapping files between two directory trees?
You could use a deduplication tool like rdfind maybe? Source: about 2 years ago
  • I finally got all 10TB of data spanning 15 years, countless PC's and laptops etc onto a NAS. Problem is I now have a tonne of duplicated files and no folder structure whatsoever. Whats your go-to method of your data?
I generally use rdfind for this purpose on Linux, when I think/know there are probably some duplicates that I could hardlink together without negative effects. Source: about 3 years ago
