Seriously. I've saved so much money thanks to ITAD (and, by extension, Augmented Steam) since Steam is not often the site offering the lowest price. Even now with the Summer Sale going on, most of the games I'm interested in are cheaper on Green Man Gaming, GameBillet, and Fanatical. Anyone who isn't using ITAD to track sales is a bit of a fool. I had this occur when I had country blocking of certain countries turned on on my firewall. The store runs through xsolla.com and, from memory, I had the Netherlands in my blocking/country filter. Unblocked that and the Store started working for me ingame. Source: over 1 year ago
