Are you located in Canada? I am located in Canada and I had the same issue the a couple days ago; turns out the website I was trying to log into was "audible.com" instead of "audible.ca"- so I went to "audible.ca" instead of "audible.com", logged in, and that fixed it. Source: 5 months ago

I wanted to see what these virtual voice books were and couldn't find anything. It seems like Canada like everything else (sales, promos, discounts etc) was overlooked and we haven't gotten any of these (that I've seen). That being said, good this sounds horrible.
