Sorry for the possibly dumb questions. But then does .NET 5 have a "Model View Controller" workflow? I'm seeing ASP.NET still exists. But it's just "ASP.NET", no "MVC" or "Core" attached to the end. I have a custom AWS stack paired with cloudflare. If I were just starting off I would use something like spinupwp which can give you something similar with a nginx/fastcgi setup which is what you want. Then run your dns through cloudflare to take advantage or their proxy/security/performance features. You will not need any "performance" plugins this way which are all heavy and garbage.
