The only way to resolve is to log in to Arq account at arqbackup.com , deactivate the licence, then go back into the Arq app and rekey the (same) licence. The app starts to work immediately fine. Source: over 1 year ago
I use Storj (with Arq) and it works flawlessly. It's not my primary repository (still testing it) but it's one of a few I use to backup to. I use Hive hive.com , which is also a project management tool. I sync it with my google calendar for work-related things and with my calendar app on iPhone for home/family-related things. Guess I could use just one calendar and use tags, but this system works best for me.
