Under this strategy everyone loses EXCEPT Angi, Thumbtack and TaskRabbit. The provider is frustrated before even starting the job and the homeowner is exhausted from the constant phone calls and text messages. With ArpyFlow, it’s simple: problem arises, click a button, best provider arrives, fixes problem. All Happy

ArpyFlow started out by accident. The initial intent was to create an Uber for the real property space. The initial intent was to speed up an anitquated lending process. Appraisals for home purchases and refinances take between 1 and 3 weeks. Construction draw requests in the hard money/203k space(s) can take 3 weeks causing the contractor to leave the project and delaying completion and repayment to bank. While ArpyFlow offers these things, we realized that the average homeowners does'nt have access to quick, afforable help. So we created it.
While they’re still pretty new, my experience couldn’t be easier and quicker. Went to the bathroom the other night and found it flooded out with water flowing out of the top of the toilet. I tried shutting the valve and it wouldn’t budge. It’s panic time lol. Heard about the app on a local neighborhood group….put out a request for a plumber and surprisingly it looked exactly the way Uber works when locating a car. I then get a notification that Greg Law plumbing accepted the job and that they would be here in 10 min. I then got a call from the guy on his way asking about the issue and telling me to shut the valve that I couldn’t move lol. I could see the dot on the map and monitor where he was, which calmed me a little. The plumber was here in 9 minutes…tool in hand, got valve shut off, water stopped and put on a new valve, cleaned up water AND got a hug from me lol. I asked how the heck was he so close and he said that there a bunch of employees at his company that have the app and pick up jobs that are close by and they they are really 24/7….and a little bit of luck that he doesn’t live too far from me. When the craziness stopped he entered stuff into the app, it asked me if the job was complete I chose yes, then asked me if the amount was correct, I said yes, the app charged my card and then asked for my review….5 stars! The plumber did ask me to please stay in the app and give a review…oh, it was 10:15 pm.

Heya! I do a lot of this, doing BRRRRs in 2 markets out of state, and not visiting them (by design). 1. GC - first layer of management 2. Agent - to check in on property 1-2 times every 2 weeks, no management responsibilities 3. 3rd party - I hire someone local who ISNT being paid by the transaction (GC/Agent) to go in the property and take 140 pictures and upload them to me or our remote team directly.
