  One good option to find out real world pricing in this area is go to angi.com (angie's list) and browse their offers/coupons for the various stuff you'd want done.   I used angi.com for a similar task but didn't love it. You have to pay a membership fee for a year, but for the task I requested, it was cheaper bc you save money as a member. Overall my rating is 'meh' but good if you're in a pinch to get it done fast. Source: almost 2 years ago
