    You can try https://github.com/rem0o/fancontrol.releases for fan control. For the pump and radiator fans it will be in CAM and you can set a curve for them. Everyone is different on what curve to set so just monitor temps with something like HWinfo64 https://www.hwinfo.com/download/ and adjust until you get an acceptable balance.
