Partially but he also loves posting early 2000's memes probably thinking they're new... Seems like he gets them all from shitbrix or ifunny but he only ever posts memes that are dated as hell, most of them I've seen 15+ years ago including this one. Source: 12 months ago
I tried reverse image searching the frames but Ryan Gosling blocking the anime girls didn't help with that. I got a ping on whatever this place was which I reversed searched again lead me to finding them on ifunny.co which lead me to their wiki. Source: 12 months ago
