There is https://arc.io/ which is a P2P CDN. Sites get paid a share of the profits based on the amount of data provided by their users. There's an Android app called Tasker that is much more flexible and powerful. It allows you to set up rules that trigger actions based on the contexts of your choosing, including combinations of contexts (ie location + time). It's $3.50 in the Google Play store.
