I personally have a probably 500 or so print cookbooks - it was frustration with not being able to search that led me to start ckbk. Space and practicality are certainly also important factors. I've seen more than one photo of a domestic disaster where someone's collection of overloaded and precariously balanced stacks/shelves of cookbooks give way leading to an avalanche! Ckbk, I found this website some time ago and I’ve been using it ever since, most of the recipes are somewhat/fully authentic. Oh and It has all types of cuisines one can think of(ik this sounds like an ad but I love the website with all of my heart). Source: over 1 year ago
