Data Intelligence for Households. Empowering every node of the network! Early-stage B2C SaaS PropTech WebApp data startup. Pitch Deck: atlasia.s3.ca-central-1.amazonaws.com/AntsLabor+Investor+Deck.pdf

We are automating residential property management through the web app AntsLabor.com where a digital replica of each individual house will be created as the online profile. We promote equality of opportunity via the distribution of data, computing power, and artificial intelligence. We try to eradicate poverty in developed countries like Canada and hopefully other parts of the world as well.

We started from an online platform for property management to enhance the living condition of off-campus college students. Our services range from employing machine learning to automate the numerous utility accounts, to deploying AI to facilitate customers’ personal development in various aspects. We are also exploring sustainable construction materials and world-class design for the next generation of smart houses and CleanTech via IoT.

I love data and I can't imagine anyone other than myself being interested in this information, lol. It would be neat if one day, when all the info is in there, to share it and see if others like it too. It's not that I don't want to spend any money on it, it's just that another monthly fee isn't really feasible right now? I think my priority is to be able to fiddle around with the data and patterns myself. I... Source: about 2 years ago
  • Book database
I've been using Tellico for a few years now. You can retrieve metadata from a number of sources, search for books based on ISBN and other factors, and even track lending. It's FOSS and actively maintained (latest release came out in February). It's a standalone desktop app, so no docker is necessary. Source: about 2 years ago
