    I use anonaddy [0] because it's open source and self-hostable [1]. I don't have to worry about the service going under or jumping the shark, since I can always just self-host it on my own hardware and import my config should that happen. Of course I'd much prefer to pay someone else to run it, especially in the case of mail servers where self-hosting is notoriously tedious.     I did also briefly try https://heluna.com/ as it has a pricing modal that works for my use case and it has a nicer UI than mxguarddog. However I wasn't impressed that Heluna doesn't allow for delivering email on a non standard port to my mail server and they don't specify the source IPs they use to deliver mail to me so I can lock down my perimeter firewall to just those IPs.
