Animate.css VS Rocket

An advantage of this approach is that it lets us utilize any CSS animation library that works off of the same concept of adding and removing classes. Since I discovered this, I’ve been making major use out of the feature. I add emojis into way more of my messages, blog posts, and other written works than I ever imagined I would.
