Animate.css VS DevExtreme

An advantage of this approach is that it lets us utilize any CSS animation library that works off of the same concept of adding and removing classes. I'm using DevExtreme in one of my project, which is a suite of components that's relatively cheap for what's included but powerful. The only downside is it's a general purpose library of components, so it doesn't always feel "Angular native".
