I played a bit of Angband awhile back, to get a feel for the old school rouge-likes. It's a fork of umoria, which is itself a porting of Moria to C. This is very similar to Upper Story's first product [Turing Tumble](https://upperstory.com/turingtumble/). As one who does lower level computing, I still thoroughly enjoyed Turing Tumble as it was just a different way of exercising the same knowledge base.
