   Things I don't like : Sometimes take few hours to get support

  If you go to the https://android-x86.org website and scroll down a bit one of the tasks they've been working on has been to upgrade to a newer (though still not the newest) kernel.   The only way to see if Android will run is to try and run it. Start with the newest release from https://android-x86.org, write it to a flash drive with Etcher and try booting it - like GNU/Linux distributions like Ubuntu, Android-x86 has a live mode in which you can test it to see if it boots, and if it does test to see if your hardware all works.   You could use diawi.com or installonair.com to upload the signed app which will then generate a link and allow you to download and install the app on your device without requirement of connecting iOS device to your Mac. Source: about 3 years ago

  You need the App signed for your device but you can't just install IPA's from the Files app. If the app is signed for use against your device and is all good with your Apple ID, I think you could probably upload it to installonair.com and from there, it generates a link for you to download and install over the air.
