Keep it simple, don't think too much, make your own second brain and improve it overtime. I personally use Amplenote , tried Notion but failed many times, it just requires too much energy to architect everything and the app is not mobile friendly as of today. Source: over 1 year ago
I believe Amplenote might be what you're looking for. It's a Notes + Tasks app that with advanced tagging & filtering. Source: over 1 year ago
You might want to check out Amplenote. It has Inline Tagging (such as for contexts, eg. @home, @work), has bidirectional integration with Google Calendar, an in-app calendar view and drag-and-drop for time-blocking. Source: over 1 year ago
If you are note taking kind of person with tasks on the side, Amplenote is worth a look at. At its core, it is a note taking app but it has task management features built in. It is very light and very fast. Its free tier is very generous. Source: almost 2 years ago

Web-based tools and gui apps are just too high friction for my work flow, so I prefer simple command line tools. https://taskwarrior.org/ is my current favorite. Source: 12 months ago
I’ll volunteer Taskwarrior (https://taskwarrior.org), since I don’t see it from anyone else just yet. It’s a CLI oriented task management system which (once you learn it) can be very quick and easy to use. It’s not perfect but they’ve done a better job that I would have for sure, and have really thought about reducing friction. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
