Amazon SES InsightlyI recently tried out Insightly's servise and I absolutely appreciate it! It's extremely intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for me to keep track of all my customer relationships as well as manage projects. Plus, the pricing is very affordable compared to some of the other similiar to this project management systems out there - a total win! I highly recommend Insightly.

You can self host email if you really want to, but it's really more trouble than it's worth. If you do self host, you have to worry about the consequences of missed emails if your server or Internet ever goes down, and you'll have to use someone else's SMTP server if you don't want your emails to go directly to spam.
