Hello. On 29.09 I got a notification about a charge from my MasterCard. I waited 3 days to see what is charge about, and I saw it said pay.amazon.com amazon.de. If you go to pay.amazon.com and log in as a shopper you can see all your Amazon Pay transactions. Hopefully your order is on there. There's a dropdown menu on each order where you can deal with issues such as order status, returns, etc. Source: about 2 years ago
I Use Melio Payments (https://meliopayments.com/) - You can set up a free account and you can have them send you money or you can send out money via ACH (which is free) or use a debit or credit card account (Fee associated). I use it to pay my sub contractors weekly. You can only see the last 4 digits of the banking info once you have sent or received it. Ive been using them for almost 2 years and no complains.
