When I travel, I look at eater.com for food recs, alltrails.com for hiking recs and google maps for anything not covered by those aggregators. This works out most of the time, and certainly provides higher-quality responses than random people on reddit. Source: 5 months ago

Not a specific destination answer, but I recommend checking out AllTrails. I like the details it provides. The reviews seem fair and the app is great. Source: 10 months ago
How long of a hike/walk? Bridle Trails is fantastic. Trilogy area of Redmond (Redmond Ridge) also has a ton of trails. I highly recommend the alltrails.com app or site. You can search by easy/moderate/hard and distance and using the map zoom into a specific area. Source: 10 months ago

For the post-cruise lull, check out day passes (resortpass.com and daycationapp.com are a couple options) to local hotels and resorts. Alternatively, store your luggage again and go check out the day cruises and beaches and other fun spots. Source: 11 months ago
As far as showers, I'd check out http://resortpass.com and get a day pass at a hotel. Source: about 1 year ago
