I use this app called Alarmy. It’s the only thing that has me get up. To turn off the alarm, you have to complete a “mission”. The best/most reliable mission I’ve been able to use has been the barcode reader. I set the alarm to be disabled by needing to scan a shampoo bottle. Funny. I came to the opposite conclusion. I kept https://everytimezone.com/ after trying parent and a few others in the thread. For eyeball time picks to drive min inconvenience for a group, every tz (after customizing for my tz of choice) was just easier.
