  Also, I don't think Airmail responds on here much, but I've found if you click the chat icon at the bottom right of this page, they're pretty good about responding by email.   In addition to what other people are saying re: comedians and practicing, I've also found regularly doing a few rounds of Dual N-Back (or anything else that has me juggle multiple memories while working with logic, like leetcode or logic puzzles) almost magically bumps me up a tier on the banter-o-meter too.
