  • Problems buffering, and unsure if I need a media player?
I also discovered the app AirFlow Airflow , like a better version of Chromecast, I stream it directly from my Mac to my TV, works flawlessly no buffering, so I can't understand why Plex is acting this way and don't have a solution. Source: 10 months ago

I have yet to find any real opensource chromecast server. Source: about 1 year ago
  • How to cast TO my Linux PC like if it's a Chromecast target? Is there an app that "simulates" a Chromecast receiver? I need it to cast the screen from my Chromebook tablet to my Linux PC.
