If you have a lot of weddings, airbnb is a very viable option. From a guy who used to cater weddings, you do not want to be on the hospitality side of someone "on the most special day of their life". Stay on the real estate side. We put 6 1BR airbnb's on our ranch and they would cover your mortgage 3-4X over with upside on the busiest months. Whatever safe bed you can find at this point. You've left it too late to be picky and it's looking like it's going to be the start of the the busiest, boomiest tourist season here in Italy ever. Expect to have to stay very, very, very far from city centers and transit connections or to pay $400+/night on a place.
