I believe this tune is at the beginning of a march-like concert band or orchestra piece. I've tried each of the search methods on musipedia.org (e.g. Keyboard search) to no avail. Try musipedia.org. You can tap the song there and it will give you suggestions. But if it's a relatively new song, I'm afraid you're out of luck. Source: about 2 years ago
