To add to this, if adp.com generates the error then their webserver is accessible, and then the problem is caused by i.e. a wrong configuration or a typo (server side). When people in another domain can access a specific URL then it is likely that every shown (working) page is produced exclusively for the client who requested it. I asked twitter and the personal ADP account reached out for someone to directly contact me via email. She had an adp.com and linked info on LinkedIn, etc. The number on the letter was a 1-800 with sadly no live person to ever speak to which made me go through them on twitter. I don't think you need to be a holder of both. I put my mom on my Wells Fargo account and she sent to my account. There is also https://wise.com/us/ . This one I have used to send to someones account in Vietnam. It does have slightly higher fee. But it goes straight into their account. From Wells Fargo I would have to go and get USD then exchange it to Vietnamese currency. Source: 10 months ago
